Dedication to Baoshan --- Purac providing high-quality anaerobic system for wet waste treatment in Shanghai

Baoshan Renewable Energy Utilization Center project is jointly constructed by SIIC and Baowu Group, which is committed to improving the regional environmental appearance, enhancing the comprehensive supporting facilities of the city, and building a high-quality project for the Yangtze River Delta region to become a leading demonstration area for the implementation. 

The total design capacity is 3,800 tons/day, among of which wet waste treatment capacity is 800 tons/day, and the main workshop and each single structure are integrated in the form of green roof + hollow metal curtain wall to create a grand and majestic mountain effect, which is the first in China.

The anaerobic system of Baoshan project will be built under the big roof, which puts forward extremely high requirements for the safety, stability and deodorization of the anaerobic system. With decades of experience in the field of organic waste treatment in Europe and China, advanced and reliable technology and many successful cases, Purac finally won the recognition of customers. The project adopts the ANAMET anaerobic process with 4 sets of anaerobic reactor, the volume is 9000m³ for each, to provide green energy for the sustainable development of the city.
