The Shijiazhuang Kitchen Waste Disposal Center project has a treatment scale of 300 t/d of restaurant waste. The main process is "pretreatment + anaerobic fermentation". Purac is responsible for the design consultation and supply of the anaerobic fermentation treatment system. The biogas generated after anaerobic fermentation of restaurant waste is purified to produce bio-natural gas, which is a green energy source and reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
The service scope of this project covers the restaurant waste in four urban districts of Shijiazhuang City, mainly including kitchen waste generated by enterprises such as restaurants, hotels, government agencies and school cafeterias. The construction of Shijiazhuang Restaurant Waste Disposal Center meets the need of insufficient restaurant waste treatment facilities in Shijiazhuang City, improves the current situation of collection and transportation of restaurant waste, conforms to the sustainable development of domestic waste treatment, and improves the harmless, resourceful and reduction levels of restaurant waste treatment.
