Project Overview:
Raw materials and capacity: 150 t/d of biogas slurry 

The project adopts an SBR reaction tank and MTS jet aeration with intermittent inflow and outflow. Nitrification, denitrification, and short-cut ammonia removal are achieved through timing control. By fully utilizing jet aeration, aeration and stirring can be switched at any time. Nitrification and denitrification are completed in one tank and then filtered through an ultrafiltration membrane. The effluent COD is ≤300mg/l and ammonia is ≤45mg/l, which is better than the Class A standard in "Standard for Sewage Discharged into Urban Sewers" GB/T31962-2015 (COD 500mg/l, ammonia 45mg/l).
