Beijing Qinghe Sewage Treatment Plant
The project is located in the east of Qinghe town in the north of Beijing. The total service population of the project is about 814000, which belongs to Beijing Drainage Group. The total area of the plant is 30.1 hectares, and the total treatment capacity is 550000 m3/day.
The first phase has a processing capacity of 200000 tons per day. The project with a total investment of 442million yuan has used the inverted A2/O process, Purac signed the purchase contract of imported equipment for the first phase in 1996. The second phase of the project with a processing capacity of 200000 tons per day was completed in September 2002. The project with a total investment of 275million yuan used the A2/O process. Purac signed the contract of imported equipment for the phase II in 2003. The project was completed in December 2004. Both phase I and phase II of Qinghe sewage treatment plant have nitrogen and phosphorus removal functions. The main facilities of the treatment plant include: intake pump house, aeration grit chamber, biochemical reaction tank, sedimentation tank, blower room, dehydration room, etc. In 2009, Qinghe sewage treatment plant built a 150000 ton/day sewage treatment and MBR reclaimed water project, with Purac company as the EPC general contractor. The daily treatment capacity of Qinghe reclaimed water plant is 150000 tons. The advanced membrane bioreactor (MBR) process is used to remove COD, BOD5, SS and other pollution indicators, and simultaneously remove nitrogen and phosphorus, so the TN and NH3-N in the effluent can meet the requirements of reclaimed water quality. After ozone contact oxidation and other advanced treatment processes, the treated effluent can further remove organic matter, odor, color and other pollution indicators. Lackeby ROTO-SIEVE® rotary drum grille is used in the membrane grid room of the project. At present, the project has been put into operation.
