Startup: The first phase of the project was put into operation in 2020, and the second phase in 2021


Chongqing Luoqi Restaurant Waste Anaerobic Co-digestion Project is located in the Luoqi Circular Industrial Park, responsible for the treatment of restaurant waste and partial sewage sludge in the main urban area and some countries of Chongqing.


The project can recycle 100 tons of crude oil, produces 220,000 Nm3 biogas and at the same time generates 360,000 kwh grid electricity every day.  The construction of this project prevents the reuse of swill-cooked dirty oil and promotes the recycling of wastes, meanwhile, brings huge economic profits, and realizes the recycling of garbage to the greatest possibility.


Effect:

1. The project adopts thermophilic anaerobic co-digestion of restaurant waste and sewage sludge, explore experience for organic waste anaerobic co-digestion.
2. Project applies 6 large digesters with single volume of 13000m3, saving the area and operating costs.
3. Compact overall process, simple and efficient system configuration, and easy operation and management.
4. Maximize energy recovery and reduce operating costs.
